HBC is one of the Vietnamese leading distributors of power products made by the well-know and prestigious manufacturers in the world, as Kubota, Fiat Powertrain Technology (FPT), Linz, Kohler-Lombardini, Martin Sprocket & Gear….
1989
- Formerly, HBC started out as the Machinery Center of SEAMECO, a subsidiary company belonged to the Vietnam Ministry of Fisheries
1994
- SEAMECO was appointed to be the official distributor of HONDA power products in Vietnam
2001
- HBC & TBC – subsidiary of HBC were established
- HBC officially become the distributor for FPT power product in Vietnam
2003
- HHBC, a subsidiary of HBG – Hoa Binh Group was established and become the Authorized Dealer of Kubota Vietnam
2006
- HBC was appointed as the official distributor of KUBOTA products by SIAM KUBOTA INDUSTRY CO., LTD in Vietnam
- HBC became the official distributor of LOMBARDINI Engines, made in Italy in Vietnamese market
2007
- KBI – member of HBG _ Hoa Binh Group was established
2009
- LBC – subsidiary of HBG _ Hoa Binh Group was established in An Giang and appointed as the Authorized Dealer of Kubota Vietnam (KVC)
- GBC – subsidiary of HBG _ Hoa Binh Group was established in Highland regions
2012
- AKBC – subsidiary of HBG _ Hoa Binh Group was established in Dong Nai and appointed as the Authorized Dealer of Kubota Vietnam (KVC)
2014
- HBC was officially recognized as the distributor for KMC, Yeishen, Magdalena, Nitto Seiko, Mater Macc
- HBC officially terminated the Distributorship with Honda in Vietnam
2015
- HBC officially signed the distributorship with Martin Sprocket and Gear and Alpego
2016
- AKiBC – subsidiary of HBG _ Hoa Binh Group was established in Long An and appointed as the Authorized Dealer of Kubota Vietnam (KVC)
